My bad, it goes third! I had to go back to the comics dude. And in a way it also goes 2nd. Since the Fulcrum is a representation of The One Above All, it withholds the same powers therefore 1st place should be The One Above All/Fulcrum, and then the Beyonders. So i wasn't that wrong after all. XD XD
