the team definitely stomps mission 1 & 2, but i kinda doubt that they can clear the rest w/o real tactician/strategist in their side

I don't think tacticians are required when your entire team solos armies, but fine. Swap Hawkeye for Captain America if you want.

soloing armies doesn't equate that they can clear a mission that requires deep strategy/tactics, for example how will they assassinate kim jong un w/o using any guns/explosives? or how can they stop ozy from executing his plan w/o any intel about him etc.

Placidity
5-17 members?

I think you should set a hard limit. And closer to 5 than 17.

Okay, add Cap. There's your tactician. You've got your one-man armies, you've got expert covert assassins/spies in the face of Bond, Bourne, Bishop, McCall, Wick, and Widow, you've got great intel guys between Tool, Drummer, and Mr. Church, and you have the best tech guy around with Q.

I think I've got the bases covered.

did mcu cap showed any high end tactics/strategy in the movies? assassin's/spies are kinda useless w/o type of strategy/tactics

the intel guys should be able to help tho but not that much especially if they are going to go against the CIA, MI6 , The Kingsman Agency & Ozymandias

FrothByte
Yeah, 5-17 is a pretty huge range. I applaud Psychotron for having the energy to make a proper reply for this.

Cap has lead the Avengers against aliens, robots, and themselves. He managed to contain the destruction in the first Avengers and save as many people as possible in the AoU. He's got what it takes.

*lead the assault with the help of his fellow avengers

and iirc it was tony who was the teams tactician/strategist.

I haven't seen the movie since it came out, but I remember Steve giving orders and directions. Tony was more of tech/science specialist.

it was more like a team coordination than him giving orders.

Well, that's what I had in mind.

John Murdoch
Can they complete the series of missions in any order they choose, or is it gauntlet style, in order only?

If I came up with a team, I'd rather them take out guerillas, terrorists, and the clandestine operative groups first and leave China for last.

11. Jason Bourne

Pre-Missions: The team takes three months to learn how to, essentially, work together. Tony leads the Tech guys whilst Cap and Ethan Hunt lead the CQC guys through training. Legolas gets trained on modern warfare and load-outs.

More to follow...

John Murdoch
EDIT TO MY TEAM: Putting Sherlock on Assault/CQC, switching out Pierce Brosnan Bond for Craig Bond, and putting Merlin from Kingsman on the Tech team in place of Alfred (Bruce should be sufficient without his butler). 5 Tech guys, 12 Assault now.

Also, the home base for the team will be the Raft prison from Civil War, which Tony, Bruce, and Merlin will remodel and outfit for their needs for three months prior to the team training meet-up and during the three-month span for training. Blofeld and his cat settle for a nice office chair.

So far, I've used 6 months, 210 to go.

The Mission List:

For every mission, the Assault team members all have their full gear load-outs as they did in their respective films/shows (e.g., Galahad's uber-durable suit) unless listed otherwise (such as Legolas given upgraded tech and training with said tech). Bucky has his WS gear. All operatives on both teams have comms linked together. The tech department gets all the intel they need for each mission from the Nine Eyes program, any satellites Wayne or Stark have, as well as anything Q is able to research and investigate on the web.

Mission 1 - Defend a small village in the Philippines against a 150 battle hardened guerrillas:

- Bruce and Merlin and Tony remotely pilot the Batwing and a Quinjet containing the Assault team and stage them near the guerillas' base of operations, Tony and Nine Eyes get satellites/drones in the area to provide real-time visual surveillance.
- Battle commences at night.
- The Batwing is dispatched to make a few fire runs over the guerillas. Assault team are off-loaded from the Quinjet to kill off any stragglers.
- Time used: 1 week.

Mission 2 - Rescue 150+ civilians in a town composed of 3500 battle hardened terrorists:
- Same setup as mission 1, though eight Quinjets and the invisible Aston Martin Vanquish are dispatched and staged for this mission. Quinjet 1 contains Cap, Sherlock, Weston, Galahad, Hunt, and Bourne. Quinjet 2 contains the Vanquish w/ Bond in the driver's seat, WS, Deadshot, Rambo, Legolas, and John Wick. Tony and the tech crew located the hostages through surveillance. The remaining seven quinjets are auto-piloted and will only leave once given the go-ahead by the Tech boys.
- Both teams are dispatched in separate locations, with Team 1 focused on rescuing hostages while incapacitating any terrorists in a stealthy manner, while Team 2 sets up an overwatch position without being detected. If stealth goes to pot, Bruce precision-strikesall terrorists with the Batwing where civilians won't be hurt. Simultaneously, Team 2 goes aggro in order to draw the terrorists away from Team 1.
- They get the hostages out while stop any terrorists necessary for an extraction.
Time used: 3 weeks.

Mission 3 - Establish a Spy Network/Intelligence Network in North Korea, Russia & China
- Tony builds 3 facemasker film devices using the tech from The Winter Soldier film and trains Ethan, Weston, and Bond on how to use them. Tony gives Ethan, Weston, and Bond 3 hacking devices that he used on the SHIELD computer network in The Avengers. Q also outfits the team with false fingerprints (Diamonds are Forever).
- A target is scouted of which each Assault team member will become a doppelganger.
- Ethan, Weston, and Bond are dispatched to each country simultaneously with Bourne, Galahad, and Cap as their lookouts.
- After using the facemaskers on their targets, they waltz into the appropriate computer database and implant Tony's hacking device, and then leave each country.
Time used: 3 months.

Mission 4 - Assassinate Composite Agent 47
- The tech guys track 47 to wherever he is located.
- Sherlock and Weston tail him for a week to discover how 47 goes about his day-to-day life. Weston plants a tracker on 47. The entirety of the Assault team are incognito on the ground as well, minus Deadshot, Rambo, and Legolas, who are brought in to specifically to setup in scouting/sniping positions if the Assault team fails to take out 47 quickly and quietly.
- Sherlock, Bond, Weston, and Ethan are tasked with making 47's death look like an accident (e.g., replacing a pen he is using with Q's exploding pen from Goldeneye). Should they fail in enclosed spaces, Cap/WS/Wick/Galahad/Bourne come in and beat/shoot him to death. Deadshot or Legolas can dome him if necessary, and Rambo there for clean-up as well.
- Time used: Let's say 2 weeks between the locating, tracking, and assassinating.

Mission 5 - Eliminate the entire Kingsman organization.
- Galahad returns to the Kingsman organization with Tony's hacking device as well Q's exploding pens from Goldeneye, the License to Kill explosive/assassination kits, and Ericcson cell phones from Tomorrow Never Dies.
- Merlin directs Galahad to implant the device in Merlin's HQ and set out the pens, explosive kits, and the cell phones in his lab as well.
- Merlin utilizes the hacking device with his tech to recall all Kingsman agents to receive some new gadgetry.
- All the gadgets are remote-linked for Merlin to activate once all Kingsman have them in their possession. Galahad plays the part by obtaining a set of dud gudgets for himself, then leaving the Kingsman HQ.
- Merlin activates the taser device in each of the Ericcson phones and then blows up the pens and explosive kits before any of the Kingsman agents leave the building.
Time used: 1 month

Missions 6-9 will have to wait till later...

John Murdoch
^Holy Toledo, TL;DR to the max.

Well, at least I hope I hope you enjoy it Drsoe08 laughing out loud

John Murdoch
Gonna have a little more fun on the last 4

Mission 6 - Eliminate the CIA, MI6 & Impossible Mission Force:
- Merlin and Q re-engineer and combine Valentine's chip implants from Kingsman: The Secret Service with the tracking nanomachines injected into Bond in SPECTRE.
- Again, facemasker film is used by Weston, Bond, and Hunt on respective targets from the CIA, MI6 and the IMF to gain them access to the agency's computer networks, where they implant Tony's hacking devices.
- Through the Nine Eyes program and Tony's hacking, messages are sent to the director of the CIA, M at MI6, and Secretary Hunley at IMF that a new vaccination will be injected into each person working in the 3 agencies at each person's next yearly physical. SPECTRE delivers the nanomachine solution via their pharmaceutical division.
- All agents are inoculated with the tracking/head exploding nanomachines over the course of the next year or so.
- Merlin hits the kill-switch on the nanomachines. Game, blouses.
- SPECTRE uses Nine Eyes to do as much damage control as they can, though now the world's governments are surely going into crisis lockdown mode.

Time used: let's say 2 years.

Mission 7 - Assassinate Kim Jong Un w/o leaving any sort of trace.
- The hack into North Korea's computer network reveals Kim Jong Un's travel agenda.
- They track when he'll be at one of his beach houses, and Bond surfs in (Die Another Day-style), and stealths his way to Un's private room, where he uses the ear paralysis device used by Obadiah Stane on Tony in Iron Man. He then puts Kim in a bathtub filled with water, drowning him.
- James is extracted by the Batwing.
- Un's doctors determine the great leader had a tragic stroke in his bathtub and then drowned.
Time used: 1 year.

Mission 8 - Stopping Ozymandias in his plan to "achieve world peace" w/o any intel about him:
- Tony's hack into the CIA reveals groups of "superheroes" known as the Minutemen and their successors the Crimebusters/Watchmen.
- Upon learning that one of these superheroes, Edward Blake, was murdered, and that he had returned from a covert operation in Nicaragua recently as well, Sherlock is dispatched to investigate the crime scene of his murder. He deduces that only one person outside of those on his team could've known where Blake lived, his alter-ego the Comedian, and had the peak human abilities to assault Blake and throw him out his apartment's plate glass window: Adrian Veidt.
- Weston and Hunt are sent in as computer technicians and hack Veidt's computer, and find out he his nefarious scheme.
- The team allows Ozy's plan to reach the stage where the gunman hired by Ozy attacks him, only they kidnap the hired gun and replace him with Deadshot, who shoots Ozy to death. Deadshot then escapes the Veidt Enterprises building, getting into his getaway vehicle: James Bond's Aston Martin Vanquish, which has invisibility already activated.
- Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark make public statements expressing their condolences to Veidt Enterprises, saying that Adrian was a fellow visionary billionaire.
Time used: 2 weeks.

Mission 9 - Conquer China by any means necessary
- Merlin re-engineers Valentine's SIM Card to make the Chinese population go into 28 Days Later mode.
- Tony and Bruce do a joint venture with China's government and business sectors to distribute new SIM Cards and phones specifically to the country of China, which is facilitated by SPECTRE operatives embedded within these sectors.
- SPECTRE also begins distributing massive amounts of illicit drugs on the Chinese black market.
- Merlin activates the SIM Cards, throwing China into chaos.
- The SIM Card activation is synchronized with the Assault Team dropping straight into the National Government Building in China during a session when the president, congress, etc, are majorly-present.
Time used: let's just say 5 years.

Total time left: should have something like 7.5 years left or so.

I had way too much time at work available today :l
