The Sword of the Morning beast the Kingslayer. He's tougher than most people Arthur has fought, but Arthur was the best swordsman in Westeros, period. Followed by Barriston and then probably Jaime.

^This and also currently Art's showing at the Tower of Joy fighting off multiple combatants trumps anything Jamie has done on the show unless I'm missing something.
