I imagine this goes like most matches where elite humans fight super soldiers. The very best manage to provide a relatively minor annoyance before losing.

Elite streets stomp elite mooks all the time, though.

Well, what I meant with my comment was that, based on things like Bucky's rampage from CW and various Cap fights, when highly skilled MCU humans try to take on MCU super soldiers in H2H (even ones partially augmented via tech, like Rumlow) all they can really do is delay the inevitable. The only thing that varies is how much time it takes.

Matt will impress Steve with his skills, but then he'll get floored and stay there.
