Not sure. The Never Queen embodies all that might be -- essentially ALL possibilities/probabilities. That makes it really hard to quantify her, tbh. /shrug

Never Queen is not really a battle character.

ALE wins.

I don't see any possible conflict. Never Queen is all that is possible. It is possible that the Anti monitor wins. It is possible that he doesn't. So in that prospect there is a tie.
