He doesn't have the fts. He is a meta class character that would get slaughtered by kid Goku. Anything above KG is laughable. Goku during his teen yrs tanked a nuke like attack without a scratch.

Yep, stomps his head in. If we are using Goku after that period and if it's the Anime version, it was confirmed that he could go light speed with no issues. He was tanking nukes that shredded everything in its path with out a scratch. Moon busting plus power, etc, etc... this is Superman vs a nuke
