Who wins

Blade wins both. He's fought tougher, more skilled enemies than Elektra in La Magra, Nomak, and Drake. And his swordplay is just superior to hers.

And in a H2H fight, he's simply far stronger and tougher than her on top of his skill. He just beats her down.

Nah, Blade can't take on all of them. At least not unless he's amped. He'd still have trouble hurting Cage and IF can still take him out.

For example, that scene where he gets body slammed by Dracula into the ground leaving a huge crater and he wasn't hurt in the slightest. He's also been shown to have super strength on multiple occasions. There's also the fact that he fought equally in a sword fight with Frost who was a flat out bullet timer.

All that combined with the fact that he has both swords and guns in his standard arsenal? The Defenders don't stand a chance. Cage is the only one keeping it from being a full out stomp, and it's only a matter of how much punishment he can take from Blade before going down.
