Do other countries put themselves first or do they put America first?

Depends on the country; but if it's any sensible country, they'd put themselves first.

Absolutely.

The problem here in America, is too many people don't believe in borders, e.g. they think it's cute all the little people think the elites would have any loyalty to them just because of where they were born.

Even some bloodthirsty gang bangers look out for their neighborhoods, unlike your average politician that just takes the money and runs..

They believe in the selective enforcing of laws, it is hilarious. Illegals have come here? Meh, they be dreaming yo, let them stay. They have a dream. Oh, someone reports an illegal in San Francisco to the authorities and he sues because of their sanctuary laws? Meh, dem's da laws, give him a 6 figure settlement.

As much flack as Israel gets, at least they look out for their own. That's worthy of respect, imo.

Try telling them they need to open borders to everyone they can, and watch them laugh.

In the sense that Trump means it? I'm gonna say most of western Europe doesn't put their own country first. Especially Germany.

Lol actually this is an excellent point. If Germany put their country first they wouldn't have had to be covering up all these migrant rapes.

How is "I added more rape for you guys!" not a deal breaker over there for the Germans when it comes to their elected officials?

There's more than a few tinpot dictators propped up by America over the years whose rulers put American interests above those of their own citizens so they could live the high life.

Comparable example is European colonialism especially in Africa. At its height for every $1 spent by European countries in Africa they took $4 out from exploitation of resources. Now the same countries plus the US take $20 out for every $1 spent.

Aid and debt relief comes with the conditions of selling of utilities to US/European companies as well as mining rights for gold, diamonds, uranium, minerals and oil/gas drilling. Environmental considerations ignored. Worker safety ignored. Minimum taxation so long as the regime leaders are paid off well.

Yeah it is true. On the other hand though those are dictators. Dictators ultimately look out for themselves. Of course we have politicians here that do the same, but the difference in not even the most powerful position in this country grants you absolute power the way a dictator has.

Absolutely.

The trick is, those same American interests aren't really about the American people at all. The ones benefiting are betraying their trust to line the pockets of themselves and their cronies.

Of course, there is a certain trickle down effect where even the poorest American is better off then in a third world nation, but that's hardly by design or with the intent of benefitting everyone..
