Jessica fights the following in order, refreshed after each fight in unarmed combat. How far does she get?
1. Kingpin
2. Punisher
3. Kingpin and Punisher
4. Nobu
5. All 3

Unarmed? She could probably take any of them 1 on 1.
Fighting in pairs or as a trio they could take her.

Even Nobu?

She could potentially take either Frank or Fisk, but it'd be a tough brawl, and I could see them potentially pulling wins as well. Both those guys have borderline superhuman toughness (both have tanked repeated billy club hits from DD, which have been shown to oneshot mooks on several occasions, and both have also shrugged off tasers IIRC). However, if Jessica doesn't hold back, her hits are still going to do serious damage to them.

I see her losing 2-on-1, as well as against Nobu. She is still at a size disadvantage, and has been knocked around by heavier opponents before. If Fisk and Castle get her on the ground, she is screwed. And if her fight with Murakami is anything to go by, she is going to have serious problems with Nobu. That being said, the longer these matches continue, the more things favour Jessica IMO. I have noticed that she often times struggles at the beginning of fights, but once she gets pissed and starts building up momentum, she becomes a lot more dangerous, such as during her fight with Madame Gao.

Also, it depends whether she is in character or not. Based on her higher end strength feats, if she really wanted to, she could literally pull their limbs off.
