Sovereign really hasn't done anything impressive. She's implied to be powerful because she took over a dystopian world with the only heroes being children who couldn't even take Wonder Woman.

She didn't really hurt anyone on panel, like I mean Grail dismantled Vic, and overpowered the Lanterns light. there's no context on how she killed the Gods either.
