Bruce has been thrown into the underground prison, but before he managed to get a message to his friend and ally, The Green Arrow (Oliver Queen) that he was captured. Oliver infiltrates Gotham and begins a one man war. Can Oliver succeed in terrorizing the city and forcing Bane to openly challenge him in single combat? Arguably Oliver is on the same caliber as Bruce only younger and faster.

Obviously the battlefield is Gotham

Depends whether Bane's plan is still the same. If Oliver thinks Bane is going to put an entire city's worth of people in danger, he will track Bane down and put an arrow through his eye socket. Also, is Oliver flying solo, or does he have Overwatch support?
