Who wins?

Team 1 with mid to high difficulty. I think it would be a pretty cool fight to see. A lot of collateral damage with BlackBolt going all out. I just think team 1 has very strong defensive abilities and are more versatile.

I think Magneto has lost too much stock for Team 1 to win, though it is possible.

Vulcan has skyrocketed after his fights with Warlock/BB, so I'd lean Team 2 for now.

I haven't really kept up with Vulcan or really been a huge fan. So I may have forgotten some things. But he must have really gained some things to solo these two.

Vulcan nullifies magus here, team 2 imo

team 2 despite being glass canon is def more powerful, I'd go with them

None of T2 are glass canons tho, Vulcan definitely isn't anymore after advancing his power to the point of being an energy-being

Nobody likes Magneto OR apocalypse, let alone both.
