Fight takes place in the airport where Diana fought Ares. Both are going all out, fighting to kill. If both are still alive at the end of 24 hrs. then the winner is the one who has the most points.

The only potential issue I see is his telekinesis but she probably just impales him before them. Her blades are much more destructive and we know is she can Tano his lightning. Beating Thor, Loki, and Valkyrie is more impressive gab losing to a pre-prime Diana
