They have access to the same tech

Lex Luthor

Agreed. Comes down to whether Tony's feats of making advanced computerized tech and metal working trumps Reed's super stretch powers combined with the cosmic level inventions Reed came up with in FF1 and Rise of the Silver Surfer. Both can also read emergency situations on-the-fly and adapt to them (see Tony and Jarvis/Friday in battle and stuff like Reed and the team vs Doom in FF1 and then the power mix-up to lift up and secure the London Eye in FF: RotSS). Also, is Reed running the analytics in his head alone and then acting on his eval more impressive, or is Tony more intellectually formidable inventing an AI that can assist him in analyzing and combatting these types of scenarios?

Actually, this is Fant4stic Reed (Miles Teller) correct? Forum stips state that the latest movie versions are used unless the OP otherwise specifies. In which case, Tony for the win all the live-long day.

Batfleck gets 3rd due to his BvS weaponized kryptonite combined with his in-combat capabilities utilizing his gadgetry and martial arts disciplines.

Eisen-Luthor for dead last due to not enough Jolly Ranchers.

Definitely Tony and Reed as 1 and 2 in rank then, just don't know who is 1 and who is 2.

Even though the latest Fantastic Four was a pile of dogshit, that version of Reed was actually pretty smart. I mean, even as a kid, the guy was already working on a dimensional teleporter. 2005/07 Reed was actually kind of an idiot. He did have some highlights, but he also made multiple scientific mistakes throughout the first film (miscalculations which got them trapped in the cosmic storm in the first place, his machine to "cure" them, which just made things worse etc.), and needed Doom's help in the second film to build the tachyon device.
