Who wins?

Not Spidey. Vader waxes him. Fast/skilled enough in a fight to put Spidey on his toes, and he can do nothing but dodge the saber, and even his webs will simply melt or get repelled by Force TK. Also Spidey has no defense against Vader's TK which is strong enough to toss an Imperial Walker.

Vader TK crushes Peter in a very quick manner.
