Vulture easily. He's far too maneuverable and small for the Batwing to get a bead on. And he can shred the jet with his talons, or just use that big honking plasma gun of his.

Vulture wins. Marvel always comes out on top.

As great as Keaton Batman is, he's out of his league here. Vulture for the stomp win.
