Who wins and why?

Maul obviously.

The others are near the brink of death, with Vader actually dying. Maul just has one leg left.

Vader could probably muster enough energy to take a few steps and swing at someone.

Is this necessarily true though?

Maul is probably capable of standing on his leg or hopping around for a bit.

Malgus proceeded to kill a couple Jedi after this, despite having a mountain dropped on him. Malgus breezes this.

Good thread. IMO Vader and Dooku stand no chance, Vader is unable to walk and is mortally wounded, while Dooku is just fighting with the pain so hard he can't stand straight.

If this is Malgus just right after being buried, Maul wins. If it's Malgus after some time, getting his shit together and unburying himself like in the story, Malgus wins easily.

Malgus or maul.

Malgus is in the best shape.

Does anyone know why Dooku's Magnaguards did not give a rat's ass the entire time he was having his, "exorcism"?

It's not part of their programming to tend to the elderly.
