Jedi's and Sith have always been tricky opponents because of their force choke/push powers. But now that Thor is in godmode and can easily spam lightning out of him, it will be very hard for Kylo and Vader to maintain any form of offensive while getting bombarded with lightning blasts.

Even without godmode they haven't shown the abity to harm Thor in any significant way.
