Doomsday wins. The movie said DD was amping off the attacks thrown at him. He'd just get stronger until he eventually overwhelms all of them.

Their only means of victory is bfr. Either Zod throws him into space or they lure him aboard Black Zero and set it to teleport.

He would overpower them eventually.
