I have seen Captain America do some pretty awesome strength feats but nothing in the range of Alara Kitan. In fighting skill Cap would have her but this is arm wrestling not boxing or martial arts. If Alara can crush titanium cubes. She would crush his hand. He also does Not have her durability.
