Hunter would be able to phase through his magnetic field shields correct?

Difficult to say.

In some appearances, he is specifically unable to phase.

Then in others, he can. I chalk it up to writer error, as he was said he couldn't phase.

So it all comes down to phasing. Interesting thanks.

Magneto's shields stop phasing. It's the hundreds of thousands of blows at lightspeed that it probably wouldn't.

Since there's no prep, Zoom KOs Magneto in the first instant of the fight.
