You do realise how long he was imprisoned there for? I'd take his fight with the Strike team as not his true potential.

20,000 plus years would have a abit of an affect on his mental state.

Yeah, most likely, but the showing is still vague. So we have one showing we know next to nothing about, and a low showing.

I mean, Soa should be in the same Tier as guys like Yoda and Valkorion I guess, but he's too vague imo

EV Soa gets melted, and Revan can only hold out for so long before he gets
overwhelmed.

Though I do agree with Hasch - the 20,000 years of imprisonment probably left Soa in a state similar to, say, Foundry Revan: they both have great power, but their mindsets are so utterly screwed sideways that they can't use it for shit and end up dying to a force they would have easily slaughtered had their mindset been normal.

SoR Revan could kill Yoda by himself, adding SOA makes this a 10/10 stomp against Yoda.

I don't understand the issue of Valkorian > Yoda, they still get their ROTJ/DE Sidious above him.

ROTJ/DE Sidious isn't massively more powerful than his ROTS version...
