So, assuming that since Piotr is a pacifist at heart, he'd be a decent Jedi if force sensitive. I'm also giving him the benefit of the doubt that his armor would be laser bolt resistant, if not laser proof... and since he doesn't have to breathe in a vacuum I'm thinking that means a force choke may be useless.
That being said, how well would a fully trained Jedi Colossus do in the Star Wars universe versus the following:
1. Snoke
2. Kylo Ren
3. Emperor Palpatine
4. Vader
5. Obi Wan (young or old)
6. Luke Skywalker
7. a legion of stormtroopers
8. fighting the empire on Hoth during the invasion
9. space combat while using an X-wing or Y-wing
10. Yoda
Just seems the armor, if my guesses on advantage are correct, along with the pacifist nature would make for a kick-ass jedi.
