Basically, if he can't get to Franks targets and stop them before they're gunned down, he loses.

Vic is so much cooler, but he loses both scenarios.

Not gonna comment on 2, too many variables.
Scenario 1 i give to Vic in close gight.

Frank wins both times. Cool scenario though.

Post Richard Dragon training Vic should win 1 pre he looses.

Yeah, Vic doesn't get enough respect for his skills. He has been trained by the best. I say it's a 50/50 toss up, when it comes to hth.

Definitely a close fight. Vic was no joke after his training.
Man i loved his series something fierce.
