Maul. Obi was dark side amped at the end of Duel of Fates and still got his ass handed to him.

Let's not also forget the tiers. Gillard says that Obi becomes an 8 for ROTS, meaning he is a 7 in both TPM AND AOTC, whilst Maul is a confirmed 8. There's no way around it really.

Maul. But their TPM duel isn't remotely relevant.
