Khan wins.

Ajax has better damage soak, but Khan has superior strength and feats.

I was leaning towards Khan myself, though I think it would be a drawn-out fight. At the end of Deadpool, Ajax got hit with a friggin' shipping container, seemingly without sustaining any serious injury.
