No evidence to tell either way. Ultimately, though, I suspect Jiren is above Beerus...ESPECIALLY given the spoilers for the upcoming episodes.

Definitely not.

Jiren crushes Beerus but in the end, loses due to his teammates.

It's possible that Jiren will eventually be depicted as > ALL the Hakaishin, but as of right now, nothing definitively puts him on par with(much less superior to) Beerus.

This is currently how the tiering would go:
Beerus > Jiren
Vegeta > Freeza
Goku > Hit

Team 1 wins, decisively.
