easy...i did it. My mom's a doctor. She arranged an eye consultation with a fellow doctor. What a surprise!! ...something turned up with my left eye ..so..no army for me. if you don;t have these contacts, you can always find someone willing to accept some cash to do it. but ofcourse, you guyz have european standards in your army..round here..it's more like doing prison time, listening to what others have to yell.
But now, i think you can just pay to not do it..

To your info Norway is the third largest oil producing country in the world, it is easier for the Northern European countries to import oil from norway than it would be getting it from Iraq. and oh we sell a lot of fish to Portugal so you can have that fav dish of yours Bacalhau

Well the E.U. has this stability pact with portugal and I guess all this other countries and portugals budget is kinda shaky! We have to cut expensices (sp) and our economy is in recess. Dont know if thats the right word! Point: no money, few jobs, lousy pay-check and expensive things!
