I'm not sure if this is blatant spite for one side or another. Fay's rarely been discussed on here.

If Kit dies, add in Agen Kolar.

Does Kay have any feats with a saber?

She's probably too powerful for either to do anything. Neither of them have Force feats that compare to her. Especially her Ventress one-shotting and the massive factory explosion.

Fay might subdue him with TP, and she should likely be more powerful in other aspects of the Force, but if Kit closes the gap quickly, she's dead.

Ventress is arguably > Fisto and she had nothing on Fay.

Ventress is definitely > Fisto, but she nearly crushed Fay's heart, so...

Attempted to, and failed utterly.

Due to being TPed in an injured state. Point being, a second longer and Fay would've been dead, so she's not exactly far above Asajj in the Force as you're trying to convey.
