Jaqen H'ghar and the Waif, the two named Faceless Men from the Game of Thrones TV show, fight each other to the death or KO, both equipped with a staff.

Who wins and why?

Jaqen wins and easily. He's been a Master Faceless Man for an untold number of years, and has casually killed scores of people by his reputation. He's also solidly above Arya. Arya kicked Waif's ass despite Waif dominating most of the fight.

who are these people?

Jaqen was the Michael Myers/Bob McCall slasher-type insta-murderer during his appearances on GoT.

The Waif lost to Arya even after stealth stabbing her. Granted, Arya had some days to recover and led the Waif into pitch black darkness for an environmental win, but that's enough for me to give Jaqen the dub.
