Mace pretty easily.

Without vaapad / base Windu, Vader wins, given that pre-prime Vader is far more powerful than the Kar Vastor that is in turn more powerful than TCW Windu.

With vaapad and going all-out, Windu by his defeat of Sidious should win.

Either way, yeah. Both are evenly matched in most aspects and all that are relevant anyways.
