Rambo puts his hands through human bodies casually and even though Frank has crazy soak I dunno if he can withstand Rambo pulling his throat out lol

John Rambo is to toughness and ruthless what Bourne is to technical martial prowess.

Rambo is First Team Top Tier Non Enhanced. And i don't quite think Frank is in that catagory yet.
