Who wins?

Team 1 definitely

Frieza is clearly more powerful than 17. There is even an indication that Base Goku > 17 and even if that is not the case, Frieza is more powerful and far faster. There is nothing that suggest that 18 is more powerful than her Cell saga. Piccolo is more powerful than 18, Frost more powerful than Piccolo. Frost and Frieza here works as team, no betrayels.

This is a forum fight. If Frieza fights seriously, he immediately takes 18 out with extreme ease.

Team 2 wins, no doubt.

lol Piccolo at his best during ToP would wreck Frost. Having only just learned 100% final form before being erased, could argue Frost is even less evolved than Namek arc Frieza. 18's infinite energy would make her outlast the stamina drain of 100% final form as well. Frost is pretty much a non-factor.

Frieza is more powerful than the androids individually, yes, but with a sucky teammate, he'd have trouble getting past 17's barrier which has insane durability while also dealing with 18.

Frost is a chump if Frieza can get rid of 18 fast he wins....

Yeah, it pretty much depends on that. If Frieza's serious enough to take down 18 first and quick, he could secure a win here.

Universal Saga in DBS:
Goku looses against that sneaky Frost... Piccolo is next (Piccolo from Universal Saga is ridiculously above Frieza Namek). Piccolo ask Goku ''Do I have a chance,'' Goku ''Nah''. And Piccolo fought a weakened Frost. But anyway, Goku made it clear.

Before ToP, when Hit went to look after Frost, Hit clearly said Frost has become more powerful, has become tougher.

Then another fact... we know in DB universe when someone is fighting against another, when the difference in power level is so huge, the help from a teammate is only an annoyance (in this case 18). Golden Frieza takes team 1 by himself.

Frost is a chump, but chump that could take 18 out. Frost could even go to hold Android 17 by 5 seconds, which would be enough for GF to kill 18 with a finger. But like I said, it doesn't even matter. GF wins by himself. 18 is a non factor in this fight.

I said less evolved than Namek Frieza, not less powerful. Yeah, Piccolo did lose to Frost in the U6 tournament arc, but by the ToP Piccolo had come a long way, to the point even the U6 Namekians were impressed with his power by the end, and Pirina and Saonel were waaaaay stronger than Frost. Based on that and feats, current Piccolo would be above Frost. What did Frost really do in the ToP besides cheapshot Krillen, bully a weakened Roshi, and sneakily use the mafuba? Even 18 had more feats in the ToP than him it seemed, though can concede on her power level since she didn't train that much.

What do you mean by less evolved? I had a feeling you meant something different than a power level. I do agree that Frost is a chump and a weakling. Frost could probably show far greater power than he did, had much left in tank, but didn't get to that because of his character, wanted to do everything sneaky and safely. Piccolo had come a long way, but also Hit was hinting Frost became more powerful, said Frost made him serious for a moment. I didn't take that that seriously, but he still said it.

Anyway, I think this team fight is actually between 17 and GF.
