Juggernaut I'm 99.99% sure those were PIS and outlier lowshowings. Classic Juggernaut usually operates on a FAR higher durability tier than what you're trying to put him in.

Godblast was his force field. No selling Logan is good but at that time Hulk was doing that too.

They aren't his only low showings those are just 3 off the top of my head I could name many more instances. I could've said getting stomped by Venom, being killed by Dr Strange, badly hurt by Shatterstar etc etc.

Point being if you can be defeated/hurt by any of those guys you're not going to be anywhere near Mangog level let alone near Galactus.

That's how I always saw it. It seems to support or be part of his overall durability and is dependent on writer interpretation. During when it seemed to extend 4 to 5 inches from his body and ate a godbl, that was an outlier or high end incarnation.
