Blindside12
This is the second ranking member to now try and collude with Russians to destroy the President. This is literally a senior Senator on the Intel Committe and ranking member texting with a Russian Oligarch to get dirt on Trump.

Is reaching out to foreign politicans for potential evidence of presedential misconduct illegal?

Coz, if you're trying to equate this with what we're investigating Trump for or the actions that have had members of his administration confess to, then you're just engaging in a false equivalency.

Blindside12
Russian Oligarchs are not politicians, they are basically elites that control the county and are Putin loyalists who do his bidding, I mean dont you even Maddow?

Do tell how this is different then Don Jr meeting with a Russian Lawyer and how its a false equivalency, bet you cant.

Anyway, it's not the same. The issue with The lawer thing was it could be seen as a violation of Us election law.

You might have missed this, but Trump is no longer running for president, hence this is a false equivalency.

And even an equivalency wouldn't get you nowehere as Trump Jr. was never charged with a crime.

Time to call it a day blindy,

Actually its worse, its called the logan act.

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.

The logan act doesn't apply.
We done?

Blindside12
You're done.

Rockydonovang
Afraid not coz..

Trump jr. conduct could be seen as a violation of the law, based on what you've shown me, This senator's conduct cannot.

Blindside12
The lawyer didnt work for the Russian government. An oligarch works on behalf of Putin. I love the excuses you are making though, its cute.

They're still not part of the Russian government hence, no law you've told me about has been violated. Your equivalency is nonsense.

Blindside12
Are you insane, they run the governmentlaughing out loud

If the oligarchs did not matter why did Rachel Maddow spend the last year talking about how they mattered in the "Trump Russia" Conspiracy?

They run the government in the way lobbyists run our own:

Guess what? They're still not part of the Russian goverment, The law you posted does not apply. It's time to move on.

Blindside12
Explain why Rachel Maddow spent the last year talking about Russian Oligarchs thenlaughing out loud

The mental gymnastics being undertaken by Rockyboy to deny Russian Collusion from a dem, while also trying to accuse Trump Jr. for collusion, is rather astounding.

It's not impressive. Not at all. It's rather sad and pathetic.
