Who is taking this?

Panther and midnighter are the last two standing. Panther shouldn't be able to touch him, but midnighter almost certainly can't make it through the suit, energy shields, and other gadgets.

The only counter to Wolverine really is BP with his anti-metal (Antarctic Vibranium) claws which can damage adamantium.

The way I see it is that it comes down to BP and Midnighter, Midnighter's stats are superior to T'Challa's however T'Challa does have good defense and good weapons.
Black Panther's suit has been bypassed on a few occasions, Sabertooth for example choked him out. Black Panther's suit also has vital spots where it has been cut against the grain which could end up happening with Wolverine in the mix. And he took heavy damage from an enraged Iron Fist whom managed to destroy his armor with the force of freight trains with each punch.
Midnighter's abilities are too great for BP, he will instantly know any weaknesses in BP's armor and exploit it. I am sure he would be the victor.

Why is Mr. X here? He gets 1-shotted by any of them.
