No rage boost for Vegeta like he did with Toppo. Just him in his new transformation.

Probably give it to Vegeta. A tired SSJB KK Goku was able to challenge her; a fresh ASSJB whose implied equal to that Goku would do even more. Vegeta got more zenkais/power boosts over time as well... The power of Kefla or pretty much anyone previous became largely irrelevant by the ToP finals.

Kefla, she only lost to UI Goku due to ToP rules, UI Goku was matching Jiren briefly while Vegeta and Goku were getting slapped around together.

I feel like royal blue Vegeta would curb her.

UI Goku made her transform back into her normal selves. He made them split. Tourney rules had nothing to do with that.

Kefla defused because Goku's Kamehameha destroyed the Potara earrings.
