Separating them in the first place is hard because they are terribly intertwined.

On average, I would say she's pretty powerful. She's not on Xavier's level, but she has high level TP and TK. High Meta to Low Herald, if you use those terms.

Yeah, untangling Jean from the Phoenix is messy. It's possible she always was the Phoenix. We will probably get more accurate gauges now that she is back though, and cast out the Phoenix entity.

In the recent Cassandra Nova re-appearance, an X-kid hinted that Cassandra is afraid of Jean. Jean wasn't there though.

Not sure what that will mean once everything goes down, but Jean was getting a ton of hype while she was gone. Going by Teen Jean, only Rachel(who also is getting a boost) is close to her.

She once defeated Slipstream who could fight telepaths because of his ablility to move 5 seconds in the future. She ought to be strong enough to stop anything but the Juggernaut.

writers tried to separate Jean from the Phoenix due to morality issues, she went Dark Phoenix and killed billions of inhabited planets, but later on, they don't give a sh*t and proclaimed Jean & Phoenix are one

raw power? greater than Xavier and Emma;
skill? lower than Xavier and Emma, but yeah, because experience, close second to Emma
