Either can win, and it largely boils down to a quick draw between the two.

Will Ororo be able to zap him with electricity before he can deploy his TSpheres?

Will MT be able to use his TSpheres to explode or shoot her with lasers before she zaps him with current?

I'd bet on the latter.
