Over time which character has displayed the greatest HF in the DCU and why?

Lobo?

If we talk about typical self-regen abilities, then yeah, I'd bet on Lobo as well.

Uber beings are capable of reforming themselves in an instant, but that's not exactly a hf.

Manhunter, Wonder Woman and Superman all have decent showings at least.

Nothing to match Lobo though.

Doomsday, Animal Man, & Shaggy Man have good ones too.

So did Vixen regenerate from literal nothing or almost nothing? Not trusting DarkSaint, the comic strongly suggests the latter.

Oh, right. Forgot about Shaggy Man. Superman and Orion working together couldn't even cause lasting damage.

Kind of weak compared to Lobo, but he did insta-regen from a tactical nuclear bullet.

Maybe Nightblade from Bloodlines. It is said that he can heal from a SINGLE cell.
