Cyber actually has a decent shot at pulling out some wins. Hallucinogenic claws and I think some minor telepathy could give Midnighters battle computer some issues. Their physical stats are kind of a wash.

I like the way you think.

How powerful is Cyber's TP? Midnighter has resisted MM's to a degree.

He's not a standard telepath, that's for sure.

His ability is weird. Mainly focused on tracking his targets. It was also hinted that he was capable of telepathic suggestions, which made his subordinates remarkably cruel...

Cyber's best TP feat was him surviving as pure consciousness, without a body, for considerable time and possessing Milo, starting his new life. One can guess he repeated the feat, because he returned in Death of Wolverine mini-series, even though we saw him dying in Wolverine: Origins.

I remember cyber making wolverine into a scared child. I think this was in Marvel Comics Presents or something. He was hiding in the trees, I think.

Yes, Cyber debuted in MCP series

It wasn't much of Cyber's doing... at least not in a telepathic assault sense... Logan was suffering from something akin to a mental block, as Cyber was one of the first guys that managed to beat him during the first world war (ripped his eye out, murdered his woman).

Logan was delirious from Cyber's poisonous claws and bad memories of all that were tormenting him, iirc. He managed to recover and get revenge on Burr in the same arc.

Who would you give the edge to? Saber tooth or Cyber?

Depends on the versions... and if they fight to the death or KO.

Cyber lacks appearances and good enough healing ability to present a credible threat against non-jobbing Creed, imo.
