Did Vader create a small dark side nexus when he killed those men? And not only men, but the women and children too.

I wouldn't call it a dark side nexus, and I don't know if what happened here even impacted the force, but there's defenitely something there. I don't think if another user came here they would be able to draw the force energy here, but they would certainly feel the hatred which has been left here like a scar in the force.

It's not neccessarily a nexus, more like a pocket of energy of some sorts sorta like Dooku's dark side traps only less physical and more empathic in nature.

It could very well be a nexus. It meets all the criteria. In Legends, the Tuskens regarded Anakin as a demon. Perhaps the Force-sensitives among them sensed it was tainted and no village was ever built their again

It sounds like a tiny one, yeah.

Reminds me of the darkside Traces Revan and Malak left, where ever they went.
If left unattended even juhani could possibly of done similar.
