My rough power levels put Buuhan's PL in the tens of trillions. Saiyan Arc Goku is ~8,000. So with those figures MUI would have to be a several billion-fold multiplier...

To actually answer this seriously, I don't think the farmer would have any sort of fighting technique or ability to do basic things like fly unless if being that powerful just naturally gives you those abilities.

Uh... While Goku could probably still dodge everything, he isn't doing an ounce of damage. Also, Buuhan could just solar system bust and be done with it.
