Assuming that you're talking about her as of the old republic, she solidly loses imo. She demonstrated nothing that would put her on the level of (much less above) aayla.

if this is pre-amulet Morne during the KOTOR comics then I'd side with her. She was fodderising rakghouls pretty easily.
