As the title says. We know that in Legends the Ones, also known as "The Anchorites" enslaved the Killik race, forcing them to build Centerpoint station, which can move planets, stars, and even black holes. In canon, their power can tear the fabric of the Universe or at least cause galaxy wide destruction. Is Disney above Legends? Or is there a way to somehow fit this info together?

I don't think the Ones are those guys. Mainly because the Ones seem like a group of three people who became a 'family'. I don't think they are related at all.

Random question, but are we assuming The Ones actually built 'The World Between Worlds', or did they simply figure out how to travel there first and construct subsequent portals to it?

They can still tear the universe apart and go wherever and whenever they want in legends. They are probably aout the same power level in both continuities.

Is there any evidence that the Ones can tear the universe apart? Or the Father saying that in TCW was a way of saying: "If both go in the galaxy they are gonna cause galactic wars and destroy entire worlds."?

Father said the son and daughter can tear the very fabric of the Universe, with other statements of Son and Daughter causing destruction across the Galaxy. Then there's Mortis, a dimension that exists outside the Universe and contains an endless number of stars, when he died Mortis ceased to exist. Mortis also is the fulcrum of the entire material Universea Force energy.

Not really. The Father never used either nexus to become as powerful as he did, and Abeloth wasn't even really a celestial to begin with. The Ones are just The Father, Abeloth, The Son and The Daughter. What they ARE is Force Wielders, and how one becomes that, or what that even is is just too confusing for me. The Son, Daughter, and Abeloth aren't technically in the same league as the Father, who became a Force wielder without the Use of a Nexus. He was a celestial who just...became a Force Wielder...somehow. Maybe that's just what the Celestials evolve into, and he was the only one that ever did, I don't know. It's not meant to be understood.

The Book of Sith said that there was a legend that the Ones could indeed tear the universe asunder, and when Xendor visisted the Father he realized that the Father was the embodiment of the Force itself.

Then why didn't the Son turn Obi-Wan into ash when he Force blasted him with lightning?

That's the problems writers run into when they write characters who are god-like. I don't know, plot reasons. Maybe he didn't feel like it in the moment, maybe it's just that he couldn't kill in that specific moment or some other mumbo jumbo which is beyond the human brain's capacity to even be understood. I don't know.
