Who wins?

8th Day Juggernaut, who manhandled Thor, is in that group. Stonecutter, who went toe to toe with 8th Day Juggernaut, is in that group. Bedlam, a powerful psion who was about to own her own teammates, is in that group.

Then you have Inferno and Tempest (who Thor admitted could challenge him for control of atmospheric effects) in that group.

The other three were scrubs : Conquest, Carnivore, and Decay. Superman would own all three of them at the same time.

Superman is not winning.

It's not like I'm lowballing Superman either. The Exemplars, minus Juggernaut, took out a stacked team of Avengers that included Thor/Hercules/Professor X/etc...

IMHO, Superman could take out Inferno/Tempest/Carnivore/Conquest/Decay for the majority. Adding in just one of the following : Juggernaut, Stonecutter, or Bedlam and it tips the scales in favor of the Exemplars.
