Anyway you guys are right in regard to Krayt (apart from where it counts : face)

To me they're both characters with one vague showing that involves Luke. The difference is that almost every other portrayal of Jacen has him quite significantly below that level, and there is not one stand out feat in the vast amount of sources he appears in. Krayt on the other hand is fairly solid with no real low showings to speak of.
