1 - Probably 16, if 16 wanted to fight him.

1.) Hard to say. #16 = Imperfect Cell, who trounced Piccolo and #17 like they were weak feebs(which means he was likely around 2x more powerful than them.) We know Piccolo's power increased substantially during his time in the RoSaT, but we have no idea just how *much* it increased... Meh, I'll go with #16 I guess. /shrug
