Well technically Nihilus' simulacrum appeared in Legacy, but yeah my bad.

EDIT: I remembered something about Nihilus' spirit surviving, and I checked Wookieepedia, and it says it was his actual soul in the holocron. ILS, this might be worth checking for Krayt wank given he has the "skills with telekinesis an lightning far outstripped any of Sith of his era" quote.
