Yah, he was a casual universal buster that could destroy a universe with a handwave.

most we ever SAW the marquis do is destroy a star and control an eternity. he was also totally gassed after a brief fight with his past n00b self, who was definitely no more than universal.

When he destroyed the sun it implied he destroyed that entire universe. Iirc it was stated that he went from universe to universe destroying them. So, I dunno.

He did kill an alternate MM long before he became the MoD, and that 'brief' fight involved controlling several abstract entities at the same time

Even after being gassed out, he was hit with the combined attack of the F4 who had absorbed the powers of the other F4s, HT hit with him a fire blast that apparently we as hot enough to break space and time down, iirc

Universal is pretty low end for this guy
